Preserved Products: Vegetable Preserves "Aygi"
ARZNI Company has mastered manufacturing of 11 vegetable preserves diversities, including the traditional Armenian ones, such as: ketchup, lecho, hot Cornelian cherries sauce, ajika sauce, tkemali sauce, tomatoes au jus, tomato paste, aubergine paste, stuffed sweet pepper, vegetable mix, and fresh beans.
Ingredients: fresh vegetables, tomato paste, fresh sweet pepper, fresh alycha, bay leaf, fresh garlic, acetic acid, ground red pepper, allspice, cinnamon, fresh parsley, sunflower oil, dietary table salt.
Vegetable preserves "Aygi" are exported also under "Epos" trade name.
The vegetable preserves are canned in glass bottles of 0.35, 0.5, 0.65, 0.8 or 1.0 dm3 volume, hermetically shrink-packed into polyethylene film in blocks by 6 units each.
